Halloween Cookies

INGREDIENTS - oatmeal cookies - condensed milk - chocolate chips - cocoa powder - candy eyes

STEP 1 Melt together the chocolate chips and condensed milk.

STEP 2 Stir in the cocoa powder.

STEP 3 Allow to cool, then pipe the chocolate fudge onto an oatmeal cookie and make cookie sandwiches!

STEP 4 Add candy eyes and serve!
