Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C) and line an 8x8-inch (20cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter, sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients, hazelnuts, chocolate chips, and stir until just combined.
Put the batter into the lined pan, top with raspberries, additional 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips, and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan completely.
