  • 1¾ cups / 219g all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon / 3g fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon / 1g baking powder
  • ¾ cup / 170g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1⅓ cup / 267g light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon / 5g vanilla paste or vanilla extract
  • ½ cup / 60g fresh raspberries
  • ⅓ cup / 50g roasted hazelnuts, halved
  • ¼ cup / 43g semisweet chocolate chips (plus 1 tablespoon for the top)
  • ¼ cup / 43g white chocolate chips (plus 1 tablespoon for the top)

  • Preheat the oven to 340°F/170°C and line an 8x8-inch / 20x20cm square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter, sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients, hazelnuts, chocolate chips, and stir until just combined.
  • Put the batter into the lined pan, top with raspberries, additional 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips, and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan completely.
