Zucchini  Muffin Recipe

INGREDIENTS - almond flour - salt - baking soda - baking powder - cinnamon - nutmeg - cardamon - ginger - lemon zest - zucchini - desiccated coconut - butter - eggs - brown sugar - vanilla - chocolate chips

STEP 1 Combine dry ingredients and lemon zest.

STEP 2 Stir together the grated and squeezed zucchini, coconut, and melted butter.

STEP 3 Beat the eggs, then add the vanilla. Add the zucchini and dry ingredients.

STEP 4 Fold in chocolate chips and divide into muffin tins. Bake!
