Vegetable Gyoza

INGREDIENTS - cabbage - onion - salt - mushrooms - green onion  - ginger - garlic  - soy sauce - vegan fish sauce - vegetable stock paste - potato starch - gyoza wrappers - oil - sesame oil - chili oil

STEP 1 Add the cabbage to a bowl and sprinkle with salt.

STEP 2 Microwave the onion.

STEP 3 Add the onions to the cabbage along with the mushrooms, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, vegetable stock paste, and potato starch.

STEP 4 Fill the gyoza wrappers.

STEP 5 Steam the dumplings.

STEP 6 Drizzle with sesame oil and pan fry.

STEP 7 Combine the dipping sauce ingredients and serve!
