Spinach Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS - raw cashews - coconut milk - nutritional yeast - apple cider vinegar - onion powder - paprika - salt - black pepper - tapioca starch - miso - onion - garlic - frozen spinach - artichoke hearts - oil

STEP 1 Add the raw cashews, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, salt, pepper, tapioca starch, paprika, and miso to a blender and puree.

STEP 2 Sauté the onion, garlic, spinach, and artichokes.

STEP 3 Pour the coconut mixture into the pan, and stir. Bake under the broiler and serve!
