Vegan Nachos

INGREDIENTS - raw cashews - water - lemon juice - nutritional yeast - salt - garlic powder - onion powder - miso - coconut milk - smoked paprika - cumin - pickled jalapeño & juice -  cayenne pepper - tapioca starch - jackfruit - oregano - chili powder - nacho toppings!

STEP 1 Add all queso ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, then heat on the stove.

STEP 2 Cook the jackfruit, then add the ground cumin, oregano, chili powder, and salt.

STEP 3 Assemble the nachos with chips, jackfruit, queso, and toppings!

STEP 5 Serve!
