olive oil onion mushrooms garlic rice veggie stock
thyme vegan butter nutritional yeast salt pepper vegan scallops
Sautee the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the sliced mushrooms, garlic, and thyme.
Add the rice.
Add the a cup of veggie stock.
Let the stock cook. Add another cup of stock, let it cook out, and repeat until you're out of stock.
Add the vegan butter, nutritional yeast, stir and let it rest.
