Jackfruit Grits

INGREDIENTS - grits - coconut milk - sea salt - nutritional yeast - onion - jackfruit confit - garlic  - cherry tomatoes - pepper - fresh basil - lemon juice

STEP 1 Add the coconut milk, water, salt and bring it to a boil. Whisk in the grits, and cook.

STEP 2 Saute onions and garlic.

STEP 3 Add the jackfruit confit.

STEP 4 Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper, then stir in fresh basil and lemon juice.

STEP 5 Serve over cooked grits!
