Calamari Pasta

INGREDIENTS - spaghetti - olive oil - cherry tomatoes - vegan calamari - garlic - salt - black pepper - dry basil - dry oregano - vegan parmesan - crushed red pepper

STEP 1 Halve the cherry tomatoes  and place them on a baking sheet. Drain and rinse the vegan calamari and add it to the baking sheet along with the garlic.

STEP 2 Add the olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper, and toss to coat evenly. Bake!

STEP 3 Cook the pasta, drain, and set aside.

STEP 4 Toss the noodles with the roasted calamari and tomatoes. Serve!
