Blueberry  Cheesecake Bites

INGREDIENTS - roasted almonds - roasted pecans - shredded coconut  - dates - maple syrup - cacao powder - sea salt - raw cashews - coconut yogurt - lemon juice - blueberries - vanilla bean - coconut oil

STEP 1 Put the almonds and pecans into a food processor and blend them.

STEP 2 Press into mini muffin pan.

STEP 3 Drain and rinse the cashews. Add them to a high powered blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

STEP 4 Pour over the crust and chill.

STEP 5 Done! Remove from the pan and serve!
