Apple Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS - apples - vegan butter - brown sugar - apple pie spice - salt - flour - stale bread - coconut milk - chickpea flour - baking powder - cinnamon - nutmeg - nutritional yeast - vanilla

STEP 1 Melt the vegan butter and add the slices of apples along with brown sugar, salt, and apple pie spice.

STEP 2 Add flour to coat the apples. Then add water and cook.

STEP 3 In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, chickpea flour, water, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, nutritional yeast, and vanilla extract.

STEP 4 Place the bread in a baking dish, and pour the coconut milk mixture over it.

STEP 5 Add the apples and allow to soak.

STEP 6 Bake!

STEP 7 Done! Slice and top with vegan ice cream and caramel sauce!
