Pound Cake

INGREDIENTS - GF flour - almond flour - cornstarch - salt - baking soda & powder - butter - shortening - sugar - eggs - milk - apple cider vinegar - vanilla

STEP 1 Whisk together the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry in another.

STEP 2 Beat the butter until fluffy, then add the sugar.

STEP 3 Add the eggs one at at time.

STEP 4 Allow batter to rest, then pour into a loaf pan.

STEP 5 Bake!

STEP 6 Slice and serve!
