Valentine's Day Teddy Bear Brownies

INGREDIENTS - dark chocolate - butter - brown sugar - vanilla - flour - cocoa powder - salt - instant espresso powder - oats - flaxseed - white chocolate - ruby chocolate hearts

STEP 1 Melt the butter and dark chocolate together.

STEP 2 Beat together the sugar and egg, then stir in the melted chocolate mixture.

STEP 3 Fold in the sifted flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Pour into a baking pan and bake!

STEP 4 Meanwhile, make the teddy bear cookies.

STEP 5 Use some melted chocolate to stick the teddy bear cookies and chocolate hearts on the brownie.

STEP 6 Use more melted chocolate to draw facial features on the teddy bears.
