Tres Leche Cake

INGREDIENTS - GF flour - almond flour - cornstarch - salt - baking powder - sugar - vegan butter - non-dairy milk - vegan mayo - vanilla - DF sweetened condensed milk - DF evaporated milk - DF whipping cream

STEP 1 Whisk together the dry ingredients.

STEP 2 Cut in the butter.

STEP 3 Whisk together the non-dairy milk, mayo, and vanilla, then add to the dry ingredients.

STEP 4 Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake!

STEP 5 Poke holes in the cake.

STEP 6 Add all the milk mixture ingredients into a bowl and whisk together. Pour over the cake.

STEP 7 Make the whipped topping and spread onto the cake.
