INGREDIENTS - flour - cornstarch - salt - baking soda & powder - sugar - vegan butter - oil - eggs - mayo - vanilla - milk - shortening - powdered sugar - vanilla beans

STEP 1 Whisk together the dry ingredients, then work the butter in.

STEP 2 Stir together the wet ingredients.

STEP 3 Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

STEP 4 Fill the cupcake liners and bake!

STEP 5 Meanwhile, make the frosting.

STEP 6 Frost the cooled cupcakes and serve!
