Sweet Potato Cake

INGREDIENTS - flour - cornstarch - salt - baking powder & soda - cinnamon - nutmeg - cloves - allspice - orange zest - sugar - brown sugar - sweet potato puree - egg - oil - apple cider vinegar - milk - vanilla - cashew butter - coconut oil - coconut cream - maple syrup

STEP 1 Whisk together dry ingredients.

STEP 2 Whisk together the oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

STEP 3 Add in the egg, sweet potato purée, vanilla, and milk.

STEP 4 Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and allow batter to rest.

STEP 5 Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake.

STEP 6 Mix all frosting ingredients together and chill in the freezer.

STEP 7 Remove from freezer and whip.

STEP 8 Frost the loaf.
