INGREDIENTS - gluten-free flour - salt  - baking powder & soda - cinnamon, ginger, cloves - butter - brown sugar - egg - vanilla - fresh ginger - granulated sugar

STEP 1 Combine the dry ingredients.

STEP 2 Beat the butter and sugar together.

STEP 3 Add the egg, vanilla, and fresh ginger.

STEP 4 Add the dry ingredients and stir, then chill the dough.

STEP 5 Scoop cookie balls, roll in sugar, set on a cookie sheet, and bake!
