INGREDIENTS - GF flour - almond flour - salt - baking soda - baking powder - poppy seeds - olive oil - sugar - eggs - lemons - non-dairy milk - powdered sugar

STEP 1 Combine oil, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and non-dairy milk.

STEP 2 Add the dry ingredients.

STEP 3 Allow the batter to rest, then pour into a loaf pan and bake.

STEP 4 Allow cake to cool, then combine powdered sugar, lemon juice, milk, and stir until smooth. Pour over the cake.
