Potato Croquettes

INGREDIENTS - potatoes - curry paste - onion - garlic - salt - sugar - oat flour - milk - breadcrumbs - shredded cheese - oil

STEP 1 Boil the potatoes.

STEP 2 Saute the onion and garlic.

STEP 3 Mash the potatoes.

STEP 4 Add the cooked onions and garlic, curry paste, sugar, and salt, and mix.

STEP 5 Divide into balls, then wrap cheese inside each one.

STEP 6 Roll each ball into the oat flour, dip into the milk, and roll it in the panko breadcrumbs.

STEP 7 Deep fry and serve!
