Chocolate Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS - sugar - cake flour - all purpose flour - cocoa powder - espresso powder - baking powder & soda - salt - coconut milk - flaxseed - coconut oil - vinegar - vanilla - salted caramel sauce - vegan butter - powdered sugar

STEP 1 Sift together the sugar, cake flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, instant espresso, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

STEP 2 Add the coconut milk, flax egg, coconut oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Divide into cupcake liners and bake.

STEP 3 Core each cooled cupcake and fill with caramel sauce.

STEP 4 Make the frosting by beating the butter and caramel sauce, then adding the powdered sugar.

STEP 5 Frost the cupcakes, then drizzle with more salted caramel sauce.
