Salted Caramel

Chocolate Coconut Bars

INGREDIENTS - butter - sugar - cocoa powder - egg - GF graham crackers - shredded coconut - almonds - milk powder - cornstarch - vanilla - salt - powdered sugar - heavy cream - dark chocolate

STEP 1 Melt butter, sugar, and cocoa powder, then add the egg, graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and almonds. Press into a baking pan.

STEP 2 Beat the butter until fluffy, then add the milk powder, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt. Add powdered sugar and heavy cream, then pour onto the crust.

STEP 3 Make the caramel by heating the sugar, then adding butter, cream, and sea salt. Spread it over the custard layer.

STEP 4 Melt chocolate with butter and spread it over the caramel. Chill in the fridge.

STEP 5 Slice and serve!
