Key Lime Pie

INGREDIENTS - graham cracker crumbs - coconut oil - salt - condensed coconut milk - raw cashews - key limes - agar powder - coconut whipping cream

STEP 1 Combine graham cracker crumbs, coconut oil, and salt, the press into a pie pan and bake, then cool.

STEP 2 Heat the lime juice and agar powder.

STEP 3 Blend the agar mixture, soaked cashews, lime zest, and sweetened condensed coconut milk in a blender.

STEP 4 Pour the mixture into the pie crust and allow to set.

STEP 5 Garnish with whipped cream and lime wedges, then slice and serve!
