STEP 1 Whisk together the dry ingredients.

STEP 2 In a small bowl, add the milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.

STEP 3 Beat the butter, shortening,, and sugar together.

STEP 4 Add the eggs.

STEP 5 Add the dry ingredients.

STEP 6 Pour into the pan, then bake!

STEP 7 Allow to cool, then slice and serve!
