Mint Chocolate Brownies

INGREDIENTS - dark chocolate - salted butter - espresso powder - eggs - brown sugar - granulated sugar - vanilla - flour - cocoa powder - mint chocolate squares - cream - peppermint extract

STEP 1 Melt the chocolate and butter together, then add the espresso powder.

STEP 2 Beat the eggs and sugar, then add the vanilla and chocolate mixture.

STEP 3 Add the flour and cocoa powder, then pour into a baking pan and bake.

STEP 4 Top with the mint chocolate squares.

Make the ganache, top the brownies, then slice and serve!
