INGREDIENTS - unsweetened toasted coconut - graham cracker crumbs - sugar - salt - coconut oil - coconut custard - vanilla - coconut whipping cream

STEP 1 Combine toasted unsweetened coconut, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and coconut oil. Press into muffin tin and freeze.

STEP 2 Stir together coconut custard, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract, then fill the muffin cups with the custard.

STEP 3 Whip the coconut whipping cream until fluffy, then top the cream pies and serve!
