INGREDIENTS - flour - salt - baking soda - baking powder - matcha - sugar - oil - almond milk - apple cider vinegar - coconut whipping cream - coconut matcha sauce

STEP 1 Combine the dry ingredients.

STEP 2 Mix together the sugar, oil, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar, the add the dry ingredients.

STEP 3 Pour into a baking pan and bake, then allow to cool.

STEP 4 Whip the coconut whipping cream.

STEP 5 Assemble the tiramisu with the cake, coconut whipped cream, and matcha sauce.

STEP 6 Chill, then dust with matcha powder and serve!
