Matcha Cake Bites

INGREDIENTS - butter - sugar - almond flour - cake flour - salt - matcha powder - honey - egg whites

STEP 1 Brown the butter.

STEP 2 Whisk together the granulated sugar, almond flour, cake flour, and matcha powder.

STEP 3 .Whisk in the honey and egg whites, then add the brown butter.

STEP 4 Divide batter evenly into 12 mini muffin cups and bake!

STEP 5 Allow to cool, then eat!
