INGREDIENTS - cake flour - salt - baking soda - baking powder - matcha - sugar - butter - eggs - Greek yogurt - oil - whole milk - shortening - powdered sugar - vanilla

STEP 1 Combine the dry ingredients.

STEP 2 Work the butter into the dry ingredients.

STEP 3 In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, and oil until smooth.

STEP 4 Add the liquid into the dry ingredients.

STEP 5 Pour into cake pans and bake.

STEP 6 Meanwhile, make the frosting.

STEP 7 Make 2 shades of green frosting using matcha powder.

STEP 8 Assemble the cake.

STEP 9 Add dollops of different colors of frosting and smooth to create the marbled look!
