Lemon Blueberry Cake Bites

INGREDIENTS - butter - sugar - almond flour - cake flour - lemon zest - honey - egg whites - blueberries

STEP 1 Brown the butter over low heat.

STEP 2 Whisk together the sugar, almond flour, cake flour, and lemon zest. Whisk in the honey and egg whites.

STEP 3 Add the browned butter, then divide the batter in a greased mini cupcake tin. Top with blueberries and bake!
