Cinnamon Coffee Cake

INGREDIENTS - GF flour - cornstarch - salt - baking soda - baking powder - sugar - eggs - butter - milk - sour cream - vanilla - cinnamon - brown sugar -

STEP 1 Combine the ground cinnamon and brown sugar to make the filling. Set it aside.

STEP 2 Combine the gluten-free flour, cornstarch, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the cold butter and cut it in until crumbs form.

STEP 3 Chisk together the gluten-free flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and granulated sugar. Add the butter and work it into the flour until the mixture looks like sand.

STEP 4 Mix the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract, then add to dry ingredients.

STEP 5 Pour ⅔ of the rested batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.

STEP 6 Sprinkle the cinnamon brown sugar over the batter.

STEP 7 Pour in the remaining batter, then top with crumb mixture and bake!.

STEP 8 Allow to cool, then slice and serve!
