Korean  Kimchi Soup

INGREDIENTS - broth - garlic - ginger - ground meat - green onions - tteok rice cakes - kimchi - soy sauce - sesame oil - salt and pepper

STEP 1 Heat stock, garlic, and ginger until boiling.

STEP 2 Add the ground meat and green onions and cook for 5 minutes.

STEP 3 Add the tteok rice cakes and cook according to the packaging.

STEP 4 Add the kimchi, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

STEP 5 Pour into bowls and garnish with nori and sesame seeds. Serve!
