White Chocolate Eyeballs

INGREDIENTS - purple sweet potato - butter - brown sugar - heavy cream - white chocolate

STEP 1 Mash together boiled purple sweet potato, butter, brown sugar, and heavy cream. Roll into balls and chill in the fridge.

STEP 2 Melt the white chocolate, then dip the sweet potato balls in the chocolate.

STEP 3 Paint on the eye design!

Done! Use for decorating cakes and cupcakes!
