Oatmeal Cream Pies

INGREDIENTS - bread flour - oats - salt - baking powder - baking soda - butter - coconut oil - sugar - brown sugar - honey - egg - coconut - powdered sugar - salted caramel

STEP 1 Cream the butter and sugars together, then add the honey.

STEP 2 Add the dry ingredients and coconut, then chill the batter.

STEP 3 Scoop dough and bake the cookies!

STEP 4 Make the buttercream, then frost half of the cookies.

STEP 5 Sandwich with the other half of the cookies and serve!
