Chocolate Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS - flour - cornstarch - cocoa powder - salt - baking powder & soda - sugar - brown sugar - oil - eggs - apple cider vinegar - vanilla - instant coffee - water - milk - butter - cream cheese - powdered sugar - semi-sweet chocolate

STEP 1 Combine cocoa powder and instant coffee, then stir in hot water.

STEP 2 Combine the dry ingredients.

STEP 3 Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil, then add the eggs, milk, vinegar, and vanilla.

STEP 4 Stir in the dry ingredients.

STEP 5 Pour in the coffee mixture.

STEP 6 Divide between 12 cupcake liners and bake!

STEP 7 Meanwhile make the frosting by creaming the butter and cream cheese. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and semi-sweet chocolate.

STEP 8 Frost your cooled cupcakes and eat!
