Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS - potato - cucumber - red onion - salt - pepper - ham - green olives - olive oil - garlic powder - onion powder - mayo - eggs

STEP 1 Boil the potatoes, then mash.

STEP 2 Mix together cucumber, onion, and salt.

STEP 3 Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the potatoes.

STEP 4 Rinse the salt off the cucumber and onion and squeeze the water out.

STEP 5 Add them to the potatoes along with the ham and olives. Add the mayo and boiled eggs and stir.
