Green Mac & Cheese

INGREDIENTS - broccoli - garlic - oil - salt - cashews - spinach - almond milk - nutritional yeast - dijon mustard - vinegar - pesto - pasta - snap peas

STEP 1 Bake the garlic and broccoli.

STEP 2 Cook the pasta and snap peas, drain and set aside.

STEP 3 Add garlic, broccoli florets, and the rest of the ingredients to the blender. Purée until smooth.

STEP 4 Stir the sauce, snap peas, and pasta together and serve!
