Banana Nut Muffins

INGREDIENTS - GF flour - salt - baking soda & powder - cinnamon - vegan butter - sugar - eggs - overripe bananas - non-dairy milk - apple cider vinegar - vanilla - walnuts

STEP 1 Mix together the dry ingredients, then add some flour mixture to the walnuts. Set both aside.

STEP 2 Cream the butter and sugar together, then add the eggs.

STEP 3 Stir in mashed banana, milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients.

STEP 4 Scoop the batter into a muffin tin and bake!
