Double Chocolate Chip



STEP 1 Cream the butter, coconut oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

STEP 2 Beat in the egg, honey, and vanilla extract.

STEP 3 In a bowl, whisk together gluten-free  flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

STEP 4 Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and beat after each addition.

STEP 5 Mix in the chocolate chips and let the dough chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

STEP 6 Scoop out the cookie dough onto the parchment paper leaving a 2-inch gap between the dough.

STEP 7 Bake for 7-9 minutes and let them cool completely.
