vegan butter coconut oil brown sugar granulated sugar egg honey
vanilla gluten free flour blend salt baking soda baking powder chocolate chips
Step 1
Cream the vegan butter, coconut oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Step 2
Add the egg, honey, and vanilla.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine gluten free flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
Step 4
Add the flour mixture to the creamed butter mixture.
Step 5
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Scoop out cookie dough onto parchment paper.
Step 7
Top each scoop with extra chocolate chips, and flaky sea salt (optional).
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-9 minutes.
