Cranberry Oat Bars

INGREDIENTS - gluten-free flour - old fashioned oats - almond flour - sea salt - orange zest - butter - sugar - milk - vanilla - fresh cranberries - sliced almonds

STEP 1 Combine the gluten free all purpose flour, old fashioned oats, almond flour, salt, and orange zest. Set aside.

STEP 2 In another bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract.

STEP 3 Combine the flour mixture with the milk mixture.

STEP 4 Press 2/3 of the dough into a prepared baking pan, then top with cranberries.

STEP 5 Take the rest of the dough and spread it over the cranberries. Top it with the sliced almonds.

STEP 6 Bake!

STEP 7 Done! Slice and serve!
