INGREDIENTS - butter - chickpeas - oats - cardamom - cinnamon - ginger - cloves - pepper - sugar - maple syrup - vanilla - salt - baking soda - apple cider vinegar - white chocolate

STEP 1 Melt the butter and allow to cool.

STEP 2 In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips, and process until smooth.

STEP 3 Stir in the white chocolate.

STEP 4 Scoop out onto a cookie sheet and bake!
