Vegan Cinnamon  Rolls

INGREDIENTS - yeast - brown sugar - flour - salt - coconut oil - coconut milk - cinnamon  - raw cashews - lemon juice - powdered sugar

STEP 1 Combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast.

STEP 2 Stir together the flour, salt, coconut milk, coconut oil, and the yeast mixture.

STEP 3 Knead the dough and allow to rise.

STEP 4 Make the cinnamon filling by combining the coconut oil, brown sugar, light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.

STEP 5 Roll the dough out and spread the cinnamon mixture over it. Form into rolls and place in a baking pan.

STEP 6 Allow to rise again, then bake!

STEP 7 Make the vegan icing, then frost and serve!
