Coffee Cake  Recipe

INGREDIENTS - GF flour - cornstarch - salt - baking soda & powder - sugar - butter - eggs - milk - sour cream - vanilla - cinnamon - brown sugar

STEP 1 Combine cinnamon and brown sugar, set aside.

STEP 2 Combine flour, cornstarch, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the cold butter and work it into the flour Set aside.

STEP 3 Combine dry ingredients, then cut in the butter.

STEP 4 Combine wet ingredients, then add the dry.

STEP 5 Stir in the milk and let the batter rest.

STEP 6 Add 2/3 of the batter to an 8x8 pan, then sprinkle with cinnamon/brown sugar.

STEP 7 Cover with remaining batter, then sprinkle with crumble topping.

STEP 8 Bake!

STEP 9 Slice and serve!
