Blueberry Muffins

INGREDIENTS - flour - baking soda & powder - salt - lemon zest - butter - sugar - eggs - sour cream - vanilla - blueberries - coarse sugar

STEP 1 Combine the dry ingredients.

STEP 2 Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, and then the sour cream and vanilla extract.

STEP 3 Toss the blueberries in a couple spoonfulls of the dry mixture. Set aside.

STEP 4 Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir. Fold in the blueberries and divide into muffin tins.

STEP 5 Sprinkle with coarse sugar and bake!
