Apple Donuts

INGREDIENTS - bread flour - sugar - salt - milk powder - yeast - butter - egg - apples - lemon juice - brown sugar - cornstarch - cinnamon - nutmeg - ground cloves

STEP 1 Place the dough ingredients in a bread machine and set to dough setting.

STEP 2 Roll the dough out, cut into rings, and allow to rise.

STEP 3 Fry the donuts and roll in sugar.

STEP 4 Cook the filling ingredients, then fill the donuts with the apple filling.
