Venezuelan  Arepas

INGREDIENTS - arepa flour - salt - water - chicken breast - onion - pepper - avocados - garlic - bell pepper - cilantro - mayo - lime juice

STEP 1 Add the chicken breast, sliced onion, salt, and black pepper to a pot, then top with water and cook.

STEP 2 Mash the avocados and add the garlic, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Shred the chicken and add it to the bowl.

STEP 3 Combine the arepa flour and salt. Add the water and stir until combined. Knead until a smooth dough forms.

STEP 4 Separate dough into balls and flatten, then cook.

STEP 5 Slice the arepas, then fill with the filling.
