Slow Cooker Carnitas

INGREDIENTS - pork shoulder - dried oregano - cumin - cinnamon - chili powder - salt - black pepper - bay leaves - garlic - onion - orange

STEP 1 Combine the oregano, cumin, cinnamon, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Rub it into the pork.

STEP 2 Put the pork into the slow cooker along with bay leaves, garlic cloves, and sliced onion. Add the orange halves and slow cook.

STEP 3 Shred the pork, then toss in the leftover juices.

STEP 4 Heat the carnitas in a skillet, then serve!
