Kumquat Upside Down Cake

INGREDIENTS - butter - sugar - kumquats - GF flour - salt - baking soda - egg - Greek yogurt - sliced almonds

STEP 1 Melt butter and sugar together, then transfer to a baking pan and top with sliced kumquats.

STEP 2 Mix together dry ingredients.

STEP 3 Cream together the sugar and butter, then add the Greek yogurt and egg.

STEP 4 Add the dry ingredients and mix. Pour over the kumquats, top with sliced almonds, and bake!

STEP 5 Allow to cool, then invert onto a serving platter and serve!
