Grapefruit Curd Tart

INGREDIENTS - tart crust - grapefruit juice & zest - butter - eggs - sugar - salt - grapefruits

STEP 1 Bake the tart crust and set aside to cool.

STEP 2 Beat the butter, sugar, and salt until combined, then stir in the eggs. Add the grapefruit juice and zest and continue to mix.

STEP 3 Heat the curd until thickened. then cool and pour into baked tart crust.

STEP 4 Assemble grapefruit on top, then slice and serve!
